St George’s Market is the last surviving Victorian covered market in Belfast, Northern Ireland. It is located on May Street, close to the River Lagan and the Waterfront Hall. Belfast City Council commissioned the building of St George’s Market, which was built in three phases between 1890 and 1896.
Digital DNA 2019 offers a range of lunch and snack options this year ranging from savoury or sweet crepes, mexican food in the form of delicious burritos and healthy ramen noodle boxes. If that doesn’t tickle your fancy St George’s Market has other options outside or the city centre is within walking distance.
A steady supply of coffee and water will be available throughout the venue all day long, please make sure you stay hydrated! It may not look that big but going around the venue over two days is a lot of walking!
Last year the Digital DNA team averaged 14, 570 steps!
